DESCRIPTION:

•  This training is for new and existing employees that need to complete annual fire emergency training.  

• These learners should be able to implement fire emergency plans for Xero Business Law Office mitigating risk to life and property.  Currently, there is no training or established protocols set in place.

• By using the ADDIE model, this training was determined necessary, the possible strategies for learners were analyzed.

• Kirkpatrick's evaluations levels were used to create knowledge checks and assessments.  Evaluation will occur once employees have shown their learning through on the job observations.

DESCRIPTION: 

• This training is a conflict resolution course for managers at Prime Industries.  

• It is useful for managers who are often expected to guide employees that work alongside frustrating colleagues. When frustrations are brought to management, they are lacking leadership skills. 

• While collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and analyzing unsupported employee situations, solutions were developed so that employees do not seek employment elsewhere.

• Kirkpatrick's evaluations levels were used to create knowledge checks and assessments.
