Experience

Marvin brings extensive experience as a leader on Winkler City Council for 20 years, from his previous profession as a Junior High School teacher, and from his roles as an Ambulance and Fire volunteer and a father and grandparent. In his 20 years on Council, he has established important relationships and connections with other elected officials at all levels of government.
