AnTracks

I worked on AnTracks from 2009 - 2012.

About AnTracks

AnTracks is a computer vision software I developed for automated video analysis of animal behavior. It is specifically designed to detect and track particles with low contrast to the background, like ants on desert soil - a task where many other tracking software fail. To that aim, AnTracks uses novel machine learning techniques and state of the art image processing algorithms, which had to be specifically developed for this challenge.

I developed this software and brought it from an idea to market, with 50+ academic and industry institutions using the software for their research.
