The critic teacher's evaluation sheet will be based on my cooperating teacher's observation of my performance as a student-teacher. It will reflect how much and how well I have performed my duties as a student-teacher at San Juan National High School. I am very confident that I have given my 120% every day as Student-teacher regarding teaching, assisting, learning,  and developing myself not only as a teacher but as a better individual whom my parents, teachers, and school can be proud of.
