A chemistry major, I started my career as a reporter before earning a CaixaBank-Fulbright Scholarship to attend Columbia University. I completed my MFA with the thesis film, "Harlequin Exterminator."

After five years in New York, I returned to Barcelona and shot another short film, "Intrepidíssima." I met Ana Simón Cerezo while volunteering at Arrels, and we collaborated on our first no-budget feature film, "COSTA BRAVA" (Family Album), starring Desi del Valle. This romantic comedy had a fantastic run at LGBTQ+ film festivals worldwide.

Three years later, we shot the outrageous comedy, "Honey, I've Sent the Men to the Moon!" and worked with a very talented (and generous) cast of actresses: Cookie Rufino, Laura Schrock, Claudia Carasso, Montserrat Gausachs, and once again, Desi del Valle.

Eventually, we shot a film in Catalan, "SÉVIGNÉ" (Júlia Berkowitz), starring Anna Azcona, which was awarded the Premi Nacional de Cultura.
