"On this day I'm assign to get signature of client and their transaction made on the assessor's office and then in afternoon is cutting a paper and printing of requirements need of a client and last is encoding of inventory supply of the office".

Eight days of OJT

Date: 2022-09-02 Time Start: 7:56 End: 5:01

"On this day is continuation of encoding the subdivision lot plan then rechecking and arranging of subdivision lot plan after that is inventoried the supplies. And also write the name and transaction made of a client and get a signatures of those who have transaction in assessor's office".

Day Nine of OJT

Date: 2022-09-05 Time Start: 7:39 End: 5:02

"On this day have a flag raising ceremony on this particular day, there was a mass, after that we observed the explanation of the error to the programmer who had been engaged to fix and upgrade the system, then we suggested things that could be added to help make it easier to find documents. In afternoon is continuation encoding of the subdivision lot plan".

"On this day I continued the encoding of the subdivision lot plan of each barangay and separated it into a folder so that it can be easily found when there is need to look".

Day Eleven of OJT

"In this day I'm encoding the subdivision lot plan from new papers then fold to easily and organize before putting to the folders. Then rechecking the duplicates if on the right folder to put".

Day Twelve of OJT

"On this day is designing a name and type a list of subdivision lot plan for that folder. Then rechecking if the file is in the right folder then printing".

Day Thirteen of OJT

"On this day I continued to fold the subdivision lot plan so that it easily and neatly placed in the folder. Then in afternoon, I finished and set aside many copies to put them in another folder. And also arranging by barangay and printing the title for the folder's".

Day Fourteen of OJT

"In September 12 at the assessor's office is getting a signature and transaction made of a client then in afternoon I continue cutting of paper with print of title for the folders of subdivision lot plan file where I encode last week. Then stamping the tax declaration for municipal and provincial and after that is scanning of poblacion7 tax declaration for encoding next day".

Day fifteen of OJT

Date: 2022-09-13 Time Start: 7:59 End: 5:00

"On this day is encoding of the tax declaration book 1 in Poblacion7 after done encoding of tax decs. book 1 I calculate if the tax declaration encodes and number of papers in book 1 is equal. In afternoon I'm scanning book 2 of Poblacion7 then encoding of that tax declaration".

Day Sixteen of OJT

Date: 2022-09-14 Time Start: 8:00 End: 5:00

"In this day is scanning of book 3 Poblacion7 by batch and inserting as jpeg file of tax declaration in the system and encode that tax declaration. In afternoon I'm of encoding the book 3 of tax declaration".

Day Seventeen of OJT

"In this day I'm scanning the tax declaration one by one or one at a time then encode after inserting that file on the system".

"In September 19 I am scanning the tax declaration of book 3 and 4 of poblacion7 then in afternoon i am encoding the tax declaration of poblacion7 book 3 and 4 and after that I'm tally and type in the words and excel the total encode on this day".

"On this day is to continuation of encoding were the tax declaration is already signature and reidentify in afternoon is continuation of encoding the tax declaration of book 4 with approved and the signature".

Day Twenty-one of OJT

Date: 2022/09/21 Time Start: 7:37 End: 5:01

"On this day is scanning of another book of tax declaration which is barangay cutcutan book 2 then encode after that in afternoon we scan and encode of book 3 tax declaration of cutcutan and I'm preparing the paper of book 4 tax declaration of cutcutan to scan for tomorrow".

Day Twenty-two of OJT

Date: 2022/09/22 Time Start: 7:53 End: 5:02

" We encode and scanned already the book 3 and do encoding of tax declaration of book 4 barangay cutcutan in after that we scanned the book 5 tax declaration in afternoon then inserting the file, we scanned of book 5 cutcutan to the system".

Day Twenty-three of OJT

Date: 2022/09/23 Time Start: 7:49 End: 5:01

" On this day we continued the scanning of tax declaration of cutcutan book 5 and reinsert to the system and encode all tax declaration of book 5 of barangay cutcutan.

Day Twenty-Four of OJT

Date: 2022/09/27 Time Start: 7:50 End: 5:01

" On this day is we continued the scanning of tax declaration of cutcutan book 6 and after we scanned the tax declaration insert the file to the system and in afternoon, we proceed to encode the tax declaration after 2 hours of encoding I go down and proceed to write the transaction make of a client and get the signature".

Day Twenty-Five of OJT

Date: 2022/09/28 Time Start: 7:49 End: 5:00

" In the morning I assign to find and photocopy the tax declaration need of a client then write the owner's name and td number of that tax declaration. In afternoon we continued encoding of tax declaration book 6 of cutcutan.

Day Twenty-Six of OJT

Date: 2022/09/29 Time Start: 7:46 End: 5:01

" In 29 of September we done encoding of tax declaration book 6 then proceed to scanned of tax declaration cutcutan book 7 in the morning before lunchbreak we done scanning of book 7 and in the afternoon, we encode that tax declaration of cutcutan book 7.

Day Twenty-Seven of OJT

Date: 2022/09/30 Time Start: 8:00 End: 5:01

"On this day of September 30, I'm writing the owner's name of tax declaration need of a client and get the signature of the client. In the afternoon we encode the tax declaration book 1 of bolo because of the event in the LGU we interrupt in encoding and join to the game on that event because we are part of LGU Catanauan we need to be a part on that event and that day is the happiest day for me because the employee threat me and other OJT as ab employee in the LGU catanauan."
