As a solo developer, I cannot guarantee immediate 24/7 support. However, if you encounter a critical issue with installation or your license key, please reach out and I will do my best to assist you.

Licensing & Terms of Service

All of our apps use time-based passes. Neither model uses recurring subscriptions or auto-billing.

■ Time-Based Passes: Whether you choose a Month or Year Pass, it is a strict one-time payment. Each pass is governed by its time limit (e.g., 30 or 365 days) and a maximum number of allowed device activations. You will never be charged automatically. Once the pass expires, no new devices can be activated with that license.

■ Continued Use After Activation: The time limit primarily governs the validity of the license and the ability to activate new devices. For apps that support extended offline use, an already activated device may continue to be used after the pass or new-install period, subject to that app's offline verification requirements. Marking Matrix is the exception: its pass remains active only while the license is valid, and the application will stop working when the pass expires. It also requires periodic online verification and will stop working after 7 days without an internet connection.

■ Sales Policy: Due to the low-cost nature of the software and the immediate digital delivery of your license keys and files, all sales are final once a product has been activated.

PRIVACY POLICY

At our core, we believe your data—and your students' data—is your business. Because our applications are designed to run locally on your own devices, our data collection is strictly minimal.

1. The Apps Run Locally

Whether you are marking papers, distributing feedback, or running exam timers, our software processes your files and data entirely on your local computer, installed web app, or within your local browser. 

■ No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit your exams, student names, emails, grades, or files to our servers.

■ No Telemetry: We do not track your usage, clicks, or behaviour inside our applications.

■ License Verification: For applications that require a License Key, the app only connects to the internet as required by its licensing system to verify the status of your purchased pass. The frequency and offline availability of this verification varies by application.

2. Payment and Order Processing

To securely process your payments, handle applicable taxes, and deliver your software, we use Creem as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a pass or utility, your transaction is handled directly and securely by them.

■ What Creem Collects: Creem collects the necessary billing and transaction information (such as your name, payment details, IP address, and email address) to process the transaction, handle taxes, and automatically email you your License Key and download links. ■ What We See: We do not have access to your credit card details or secure financial data. Creem only shares basic transaction details (such as your name, email address, and order ID) with us in our secure merchant dashboard so we can provide customer support and verify licenses.

3. How Your Information is Used

■ We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or software updates.

■ Your email is used automatically by Creem to deliver your receipt and product access.

■ For applications that use email pairing for activation, your email is saved locally on your device to verify your ownership.

■ We will only ever use your email address to reply to you directly if you initiate contact with us for customer support.

■ We will never sell, rent, or trade your information to any third parties.
