Led by trip leaders Jack Gordon and Emma Stuber, Outing Club members visited one of the tallest waterfalls in the New York state: Kaaterskill Falls! Within the Catskill Forest Preserve, the 4.8-mile hike is only an hour from Marist.
On this trip, students climbed down to view the falls from up close and hiked the mountain to Inspiration Point. From the overlook, we could view the Catskills from over 2,000 feet up.
