01 PIKE MINNOW BOUNTY SEASON OPENS

A grass-roots program that pays sport fishers to help eradicate the invasive pike minnow that consumes millions of young salmon and steelhead on Columbia River each year, significantly undercutting efforts to save this region's native fish population. 19 GCC VORTEX RACE - SERIES 1

Tentative date this traditional, hand-carved tribal canoe and its paddlers will layover in Marine Park as they make their way down the Columbia, out to sea, and up the coast for this year's annual gathering in Puyallup.
