Training and Education Command (TECOM) is the parent command to many services and schools such as Officer Candidate School or Combat Support School. TECOM's main job is to employ Marines, recruit Marines, train Marines, and manage all doctrine and the educational status. Training & Education Command oversees all types of training and education from combat training to bootcamps and graduations.
Leadership
LtGen. LilPickle896 is one of the oldest serving Marines from the second generation of the Marine Corps. Achieving multiple medals due to his early on activity. LtGen. LilPickle896 has been in almost every Division in the Marine Corps but never left TECOM to do so.
MajGen. Hatemyself123ok is currently serving as the Deputy Commanding General of Training and Education Command. MajGen. Hatemyself123ok was a transfer from the U.S. Army's Training and Doctrine Command where he transferred during the merge.
MajGen. CorruptComplex is the current Chief of Staff of TECOM. Serving as the Director of Officer Candidate School. CorruptComplex has an aggressive history but always staying in the lines, away from punishments. Corrupt has proven to be a skilled and experienced asset and someone who is willing to call you out if you call him out.
Combat Service Support School is the newest unit of Training & Education Command. Their mission is to manage the combat skill of Marine Personnel and host various firearm related events including combat trainings and CQCs. This School currently has no Director or personnel and is in need of staff.
Officer Candidate School is the course required to progress from Enlisted to a Commissioned Officer. OCS manages the education of Officer Candidates. Directed by MajGen. CorruptComplex, OCS will continue to educate enlisted and manage the future Commissioned Officers.
