*These ceramic coating prices are added onto the initial cost of your interior detail*
Similarly to our exterior coatings, much of the work is done in the prep prior to adding the ceramic coat. It is our job to ensure all surfaces of the vehicle are dirt free before applying the ceramic. This is to get the maximum duration and effectiveness out of your ceramic coating. With that, here is our step-by-step process to detail the interior of your vehicle-
1. Hard plastics and outermost areas of the vehicle-
(dash, doors, center console, steering wheel, speedometer, control panel, ect.)
During this first stage of the interior detail, we like to use a solution that we think suites the cars needs. During dirtier vehciles, we tend to reach for a stronger solution such a APC (all purpose cleaner). Cleaner vehicles, on the other hand, receive a weaker solution that does not impose many risk of damage. This solution typically is a designated interior cleaner. We aggitate our solution using a detail brush and follow it with a steamer. The steamer is a key tool during out detail, for it allows us to reheat and blast debris out of cracks and crevices. Lastly we follow up with out air compressor to make sure we remove all the solution from the work area.
2. Vacuuming
Just a regular shop vac does not get the job done. That is why after we have sucked up all the initial dirt, we rip any debris that is lodged into between cracks or buried between fibers up by using a drill with a cone brush attachment. But, we do not stop there. Once we have vacumed up the lifted debris again, the Tornador attached to our air compressor finished the job by blasting any other waster from areas that can't be reached.
3. Shampoo
This, yet again, is another stage where our steamer is handy. after we have let our enzyme solution break down any contaminate, we agitate the our carpet shampoo with our steamer. The purpose of the steamer here is to add heat, further breaking up debris and unlodging it from deep within fibers. After we have steamed the fabrics, we then use our extractor to pull/suck the liquid from textile surface. When removing the liquid, the dirt come with it.
Finally, after a minimum of 4 hours of cleaning, we are ready to put the interior ceramic coatings on!
