Here is a video tour of one of my rent homes. I personally did the insulation (passed inspection), sheet rock, plaster, painting, baseboards, ceiling fans in all bedrooms installation, window a/c unit installation, gas stove and dishwasher hookup and installation, butcher block, bathroom tile and backsplash tile in the kitchen, closet rod installation, toilet installation, p-traps in the kitchen and the bathroom, and all the faucets, as well as hanging the bathroom vanity, wall cabinets, and wall mounted sink. I also coordinated a construction crew who did a partial rebuild and rough end plumbing and electrical. https://youtu.be/-cS9Xhz03yk
