Trauma Informed Stabilzation Treatment
Somatic & Trauma-Informed Parts Work
Sessions are grounded in body-based, trauma-informed principles that emphasize safety, consent, and nervous system awareness. Rather than revisiting past stories, the focus is on present-moment experience, bodily sensations, and embracing the parts of ourselves and our inner resources.
Maria integrates approaches such as Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), and nervous system education to support emotional regulation, resilience, and self-connection.
Sessions are tailored to individual needs and may support those experiencing:
Ongoing stress or emotional overwhelm
Difficulty feeling grounded or present
Patterns of tension, shutdown, or over-activation
A desire for greater self-awareness and embodied stability
This work is educational and supportive in nature and does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

This offering provides a calm and supportive space, where the body can settle and reconnect with its natural rhythms. With Maria T. Resele, each session integrates Reiki, gentle acupressure, mindful breathwork, and guided relaxation. Essential oils and healing music are used to support a sense of safety, ease, and nervous system regulation.
Sessions begin with grounding through mindful breathwork and intention setting. Reiki and acupressure support energetic balance and the body’s innate capacity for regulation, while guided imagery and calming suggestion help ease mental strain and emotional holding. Quiet reflection at the close of the session supports integration, so you leave feeling settled, connected, and at home in yourself.

Transform Limiting Patterns into New Possibilities
Do you find yourself repeating familiar patterns, even when you know they no longer serve you? Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) offers a practical and supportive way to explore inner dialogue, gently reframe challenges, and create space for new choices to emerge.
In this work, NLP is used with care and awareness, supporting both mind and body in moving toward greater clarity, regulation, and self-trust.
What the Process Looks Like
Uncovering Patterns: Together, we explore unconscious beliefs and habitual self-talk that quietly influence emotions, reactions, and choices.
Reframing Perspective: You are supported in viewing challenges from a new angle, helping to reduce self-criticism and cultivate resilience and understanding.
Shifting Responses: NLP-informed tools, old automatic reactions can soften, making room for more supportive and grounded responses that feel aligned with your nervous system.
Integration and Embodiment: New insights are gently integrated so they can be accessed in daily life, supporting clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of choice.
Why This Approach Supports Change
NLP brings attention to how language, perception, and meaning shape lived experience. When combined with mindful awareness, it can support the development of new inner pathways that foster connection, confidence, and authenticity.
If you are ready to step out of familiar loops and explore new possibilities with care and presence, this approach offers a respectful and empowering space to realign with yourself.
