Through the lens of trauma-informed care, this work focuses on befriending the body and its inner landscape. As a Certified Integrative Somatic Therapist, I combine Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) to support a gentle, embodied reconnection.
Rather than re-engaging painful stories, we work with the felt sense—noticing the body’s cues, accessing inner resources, and building resilience. This allows protective patterns to soften and new pathways of safety and connection to form.
