I am Maria Resele, a Trauma-Informed Integrative Somatic Practitioner. My work bridges neuroscience, body-based practices, and energy healing to support deep transformation. With advanced training in somatic practices, parts work, breathwork, and Reiki, I guide clients to release trauma held in the body, restore nervous system balance, and reconnect with their inner strength. Rooted in compassion and spirituality, my approach offers a safe, integrative path to healing—where mind, body, and spirit come back into harmony.

Client Story: Healing Frozen Shoulder and Trigger Fingers

When Sri Nengah, a restaurant cook, came with a frozen shoulder and trigger fingers, everyday work was becoming impossible. Beneath the physical pain was stored shock trauma.

Through a series of gentle, trauma-informed sessions, her body slowly released tension, regained movement, and restored vitality. By the 4th session, she was pain-free and at the end of 12th session she experienced a new quality of life, more energetic and thriving again. Her journey reflects the body’s remarkable ability to heal when met with care and presence.
