Salsa Beginners Level
The beginners class is perfect for those who have never tried salsa before . Absolutely everyone is welcome so if you've thought about trying Salsa dancing, here is the very best place to start.
The class is very relaxed and you will feel right at home. Everyone learns at a different pace so the time needed in this class varies from person to person, there is no pressure to move up to the next class until you are comfortable with the basics but with Mariana teaching you - you'll be moving up in no time.
The beginners class runs side by side but separately from the improvers class.
Salsa Improvers Level
The Improvers class is designed for those who have already learned the basics of leading and following. In this class you will learn Improver level turn patterns. We will also work on improving your technique, timing and helping with any problem areas, therefore building your confidence as a leader or follower. This is a fun, friendly class at a gentle pace - before you know it you'll have a fine collection of smooth moves to use on the dance floor.
Salsa Intermediate Level/Advanced
The Intermediate class is excellent for those with a little more experience in Salsa dancing. The class covers the follower's and leader's pivot techniques, connection, body movement styling breakdown techniques. We also cover some of the following aspects necessary to execute and enrich these stylization: essential timing; foot work; body isolations and essential postural awareness; balance and coordination; focus upon arm, hands, hip and head styling; learning to improvise, challenging your mind and body; shake it, move it and spice it up- elegance, sensuality, expressed through own personality.
