Robotic Manipulation and Autonomous Applications RoMAP

I am currently an Assistant Professor in Robotics and Computer Vision at the Institute of Signals, Sensors and Systems (ISSS), of the School of Engineering & Physical Sciences (EPS), of Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. Before that, I worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Biomedical Robotics Laboratory at the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT, Genoa). I hold a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering, a MSc in Computational Neuroscience and a PhD in Computer Science. 

My research interests and expertise are in the areas of Robotic Manipulation, Computer Vision for Autonomous Applications, Medical Robotics, Industrial Applications Human-Robot Interaction and Machine Learning.
