Thank you for helping the studio run smoothly and efficiently by following these policies.
Tuition Policy:
Please prioritize your commitment to lessons.
I understand that life happens! While make-up lessons are not guaranteed, you're welcome to contact me to see if another lesson time is available that same week. Because my schedule is typically full, alternate times cannot be guaranteed. Last-minute or same-day cancellations are generally not eligible for a make-up lesson.
Tuition:
Is not prorated or credited for missed lessons, even with advanced notice.
Is not prorated if you arrive late or leave early for any reason.
Is due by the 10th of the month at the beginning of your lesson.
Payments made after the 10th will incur a $10 late fee.
If you cannot attend your lesson, you may send a friend or family member in your place. Please notify the studio via text if you plan to do so.
When there are five weeks in a month, Mariah will determine which week will be omitted from the schedule.
If I need to reschedule your lesson, we will find a mutually convenient time.
Extra lessons are available at the “à la carte” rate.
Punctuality:
Be on time. Lessons will end at the scheduled time, regardless of your arrival.
Please come mentally prepared to focus, as every effort is made to give each student 100% of the teacher’s attention.
Arriving late or leaving early forfeits that part of your lesson, and it is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel, please send a text message in advance.
Once a lesson is scheduled, you will be billed for it, whether or not you attend.
During teaching hours, phone calls will not be answered. Please send a brief text message if it’s urgent.
