La Cabeza is a mixed/theatrical/plastic work for fixed audio and voice support. It is a piece that exposes the power and submission dynamics between the character and the various body parts on stage. La Cabeza is built from different phrases, actions, and personalities of Latin American dictators, such as Trujillo, Pinochet, Videla, and Duvalier, among others. The character interacts with the bodies, subjugates them, is subjugated by them, silences them, fears them, and caresses them.
