Completed Engine Runner Tube Notch Drawing
Notching
Using the Angle Grinder I notched 3 tubes for the 2026 Chassis, the Fab Mid Left and Right, and the Engine Runner Tube that I was assigned to complete. This photo is just an example of the notched tubes, not the ones I did as I did not get a photo.
Tube Bending
Our team uses the manual bender in shop to bend the tubes, and measure the twists and bends with a angle finder based of chassis model.
Jigging
Helped setup the jigs for the chassis so it can be welded cleanly. Contributed by helping setting up the aluminum extrusions, the clamp positions, and tube positions so there are no minimal gaps with the notch and the tubes.

Current Work
Currently Working on the Brake Light Mount to be added, here is my initial prototype.
