Milano Reading Seminar in Geometric Analysis

In collaboration with Alberto Roncoroni, we are currently organizing a Reading Seminar in Geometric Analysis at Politecnico di Milano. This year's topic is "Minimal Surfaces and Scalar Curvature". We shall follow Otis Chodosh's lecture notes as a guide, opening digressions reading recent or classical significant papers.Everyone is welcome to join, from students to professors. The only aim is to learn together something new.
The reading seminar takes place every two weeks on Friday from 2:15 pm to 4:15 pm in "Aula Seminari" at the Department of Mathematics of Politecnico di Milano (Via Bonardi 9), and the seminars will be streamed online.Send me an email if interested.

October 10 (first seminar), October 24 (at 10:15 am!), November 7, November 21, December 5, December 19.

Lecture notes for a mini-course held in Pisa in 2025: Introduction to isoperimetric inequalities on manifolds
Here you can find a folder containing (handwritten!) lecture notes for a PhD course I taught at SISSA in 2025: folder.

In June 2022, I co-organized the conference Isoperimetric Problems in collaboration with Emanuele Paolini, Nicola Fusco, Matteo Novaga, and Eugene Stepanov.

Seminari MAP

Website

Seminari MAP at Università di Pisa is a series of seminars organized during the academic year by the PhD students in Analysis and Probability at the Dipartimento di Matematica of Università di Pisa.

The speakers are other PhD students or young researchers and the talks are devoted not only to professors or researchers, but also to any master student who is interested in the subject. Each seminar is divided in a first introductory part devoted to students, and in a second part that is more focused on the research.

During the academic year 2019/2020, I have been be co-organizer of Seminari MAP in collaboration with Alessandra Pluda e Vicenzo Scattaglia.
