NEWS: I have joined the High Commission for Strategy and Planning where I am managing the "International Trade" project.
I am currently working on EU-China competition, French and EU trade policies.
I received my PhD in Economics from Paris-Nanterre University and Genoa University, under the supervision of César Ducruet and Anna Bottasso, with Sébastien Jean and Florence Gaub as additional references.

During my PhD, I was a research fellow at the NATO Defense College, a research consultant for the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI), and an intern at the UNCTAD.
