Welcome to Marble Jetpack! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Marble Jetpack, including all associated services and content. By accessing or using Marble Jetpack, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use Marble Jetpack.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Marble Jetpack, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Marble Jetpack.

Marble Jetpack grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use Marble Jetpack for your personal, non-commercial use.

Some features of Marble Jetpack may require you to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You agree to use Marble Jetpack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to:

• Use Marble Jetpack in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Marble Jetpack or servers or networks connected to Marble Jetpack.

• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access Marble Jetpack for any purpose.

• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Marble Jetpack.

5. Intellectual Property

Marble Jetpack and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Marble Jetpack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Marble Jetpack or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Marble Jetpack.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Marble Jetpack reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of Marble Jetpack following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United State of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
