Map2Soul respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Map2Soul mobile application (“the App”).
Map2Soul is a faith-based journaling and reflection app designed to support spiritual growth and personal wellbeing. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect or process the following information:
Account information, such as an email address used for authentication
App usage data, such as feature interactions and basic performance data
User-generated content, including journal entries, prayers, and personal reflections
Journal content is considered private user-generated data.
Information is used solely to:
Provide and maintain core app functionality
Enable account-related features
Improve app performance, reliability, and stability
Map2Soul does not sell user data.
Map2Soul stores most user data locally on the user’s device.
The App does not currently support automatic cross-device synchronization
Data created on one device is not automatically available on another
Any backup or export functionality is device-specific and must be initiated by the user
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to help protect user data. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Users are responsible for securing access to their own devices.
The App may use third-party services, such as:
App store billing providers
Analytics or crash reporting tools
These services operate under their own privacy policies and handle data in accordance with their respective terms.
Map2Soul is not intended for children under the age of 13.
Most user data is stored locally on the device.
Uninstalling the App will remove locally stored data.
