Users may request deletion of their Map2Soul account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email from your registered email address to:

Account Deletion Request

What data is deleted

Upon verification, we will delete:

• Account information (email, profile)
  
  

• Cloud-stored user data (if applicable)
  
  

• Authentication credentials
  
  

Local data

Most journal entries, prayers, and preferences are stored locally on the user’s device.
Uninstalling the app removes this local data.

Retention

We do not retain personal user data after account deletion, except where required by law.
