Most of our donations are raised through selling our handmade items at sales and fairs and we are supported in this by a groups of talented crafters, friends and family. We cannot thank them enough for all they do for us. You can find out a bit more about our most recent activity below. We also raise a smaller amount of money through giving talks to a variety of groups as any speaker's fee is donated to Manzini Youth Care UK.

We love having a stall at the table top sale at St John Ashbrooke, Sunderland. There 's always a wide range of items to choose from and the homemade jams and chutneys are always very popular.
One of our best sellers is baskets which are hand made in the market in Manzini. They are made from pallet tape and are virtually indestructable. Each one is unique so nobody else will have a basket just like yours.
If you buy one of our baskets, it's likely that it will have been made by our friend Catherine. We place our order for baskets with her and her colleagues when we arrive in Manzini and they make exactly what we need. Here's Catherine with part of what she made for us in 2023.
