President: Drea Wilkes
Runs monthly meetings, communicates with school administration and faculty, and maintains compliance with New Mexico and National PTA.
Secretary: Tina Maldonado
Records the minutes from the monthly meetings and distributes to members.
Treasurer: Joyce Briggs
Tracks and balances PTA funds, prepares books for yearly audit, and presents monthly financial report at PTA meetings.
Our by-laws have VP roles listed ordinally (1st-4th) and can be adjusted/tailored to your specific skill set/availability/interests
Vice President of Communications: Susan Gundrum
In charge of facilitating communication between parents and PTA including but not limited to social media, announcements, and flyers.
Vice President of Finance: Open
Assists Treasurer, fundraising forms, signs checks, etc.
Vice President of By-Laws and forms: Open
In charge of maintaining and updating By-laws when necessary and submitting forms such as food permits, reservations, etc.Â
Vice President of Membership and Volunteers: Open
In charge of September membership drive, sign up genius, volunteer coordination.
