President: 

Drea Wilkes

Runs monthly meetings, communicates with school administration and faculty, and maintains compliance with New Mexico and National PTA.

Secretary: 

Ryan Helinski

Records the minutes from the monthly meetings and distributes to members.

Treasurer: 

Joyce Briggs

Tracks and balances PTA funds, prepares books for yearly audit, and presents monthly financial report at PTA meetings.

Vice President of Communications: 

Susan Gundrum

In charge of facilitating communication between parents and PTA including but not limited to social media, announcements, and flyers.

Vice President of Finance: 

Open

Assists Treasurer, fundraising forms, signs checks, etc.

Vice President of By-Laws and Forms: 

Tanya Duran

In charge of maintaining and updating By-laws when necessary and submitting forms such as food permits, reservations, etc. 

Vice President of Membership and Volunteers: 

Devon Hodges

In charge of main membership drive, sign up genius, & volunteer coordination.
