We do not conduct 'Train the Trainer' workshops anymore.
It is easy, to say that the child does not read - OR - that the employee doe not learn new technologies.
Have we reflected that .. perhaps.. the child has not come across a book that will encourage her / him to start reading?
Have we pondered why the employee is not willing to learn or implement ?
From our experience - 'Everyone desires to Learn - Yet - No one wants to be Taught'.
Facilitation, therefore, we believe is the key.. as the quote above says it ..
