1hr Manual Therapy session (hands- on only): $185
1hr Physical Therapy Session (Manual + exercises) : $160
(SFV and some West LA; may vary depending on location)
Online Consults: $50- 30 min consult
Cash, Zelle, Check accepted.
*If your insurance accepts out of network providers, we can issue an invoice for you to reimburse your therapy visit.
* Medicare PPO, Commercial PPO, Long term care coverage may be accepted depending on benefits to be reimbursed to the patient.
PPO/ Insurance/ Long-term care plan reimbursement:
Contact your provider if you are able to select your own Physical therapy provider
If you are, ask if you can get a reimbursement form, or the method of reimbursement (PT can give an invoice, clinical notes, etc.)
Keep a record of the payments and send with reimbursement form to insurance
