Creator, MANTO technique
Equipped with more than 13 years of experience in the orthopedic and manual therapy practice, Regina has a sound understanding and foundation of the dynamics of muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments in relation to pain and injury. Backed by her experience in working with other holistic and health disciplines (TCM, acupuncture, acupressure, osteopathy, and psychosomatic therapy), she has developed a sense of listening to the body through palpation and carefully designed a hands-on approach to uprooting the source of pain and discomfort in the muscles and deep tissues of the body. She is a believer in an alternative and holistic approach to pain in the body and an advocate for considering the mind-body connection in addressing pain. She has been a proponent of healing trauma storage in the body and considers an individual as a whole when designing treatment approaches. Overall, she is convinced that compassion is first in all healthcare settings and that individuals must be seen and treated as humans before looking at their dysfunctions.
