Buyers will need to register on the day of sale and will be issued with a bidding number. Bids will not be accepted without a bidding number
Payment and Buyer's Premium
Cash and card payments on the day of sale only
A 15% buyers premium will be added to each sale
All lots must be collected on the day of sale unless agreed prior to sale
A chargeable local delivery service is available, please enquire prior to sale
Buyers can pay for and collect their items before the sale has finished during the second half of the sale
Bidding and Bid Increments
A bidding card will be required in all cases prior to bidding which can be obtained on the day of sale. Please ensure you bid clearly
Bidding increments will follow as below or at the auctioneer’s discretion
Commission bids may be left on the day of sale indicating the maximum amount to be bid excluding buyers' premium. They will be executed as cheaply as possible having regard to the reserve (if any) and competing bids. If two buyers submit identical commission bids the auctioneers may prefer the first bid received
Estimates are provided to help buyers gauge the sort of sum expected at auction and are not meant as a guide to actual value. The lower estimate may represent a reserve price where set. Estimates do not include the Buyer’s Premium and are not definitive
Electrical goods are sold as collectable ‘antiques’ only, untested and all sold as is. They must be checked over by a qualified electrician for compliance with safety regulations before use
Title of goods will transfer to the buyer at fall of hammer. Whilst every care will be given any subsequent loss or damage incurred will be borne by the buyer
