My Professional baking journey was started from Bateel International back in 2016 where I worked for 2 years. During 2 year journey with Bateel I developed progressively my baking knowledge and skills. in 2018 I took a new step to move to explore new experiences and I moved to Accor hotels. Working in Swissotel for a half year I decided to move to new pre-opening luxury hotels of Marriott in muscat Oman, then joined another Marriott property in Doha for task force. after exploring some of different destination, I decided to go back to Dubai for the opening of world most luxury experimental resort The Royal Atlantis, at the Palm Jumeirah. After 1 and half year of a successful grand opening of the Royal Atlantis, I stepped up for the Opening of Luxury brand Mandarin oriental Hotel Group in Muscat where I have showcased my full potential as a bakery in charge for entire hotel and I'm currently working with project. working and having experience with diverse team and with new talented chefs and surroundings has given a very strong strength to my experiences.
