ACADEMIC YEAR 2018-19

• Presented a research paper on “An analytical study of green marketing strategies adopted by organised retail sectors with special reference to one of the northern eastern suburbs Mulund, Mumbai” at Bodhi International Conference, in Malaysia. (August 2018)

• Attended International Post Conference Workshop on “Recent Trends in Research: Global Perspectives” at University Putra Malaysia. (August 2018)

ACADEMIC YEAR 2019-20

• Has guided a Research Projects Titled – 

1. “A Study of Effectiveness of Performance Appraisal System of TJSB Ltd., Thane”, which was presented by Mr. Soham Gujar in Commerce, Management & Law category & UG level at the selection round of 14th Inter-Collegiate Avishkar Research Convention:2019-20 on 24th December, 2019 at Vivekananda Education Society’s College of arts, Science & Commerce, Mumbai.

2. “A Study of Awareness of Green Marketing & Its effect on Consumer Buying Behaviour with special reference to Bhandup”, which was presented by Ms. Reekita Patra in Commerce, Management & Law category & UG level at the selection round of 14th Inter-Collegiate Avishkar Research Convention:2019-20 on 24th December, 2019 at Vivekananda Education Society’s College of arts, Science & Commerce, Mumbai.

ACADEMIC YEAR 2020-21

• Completed a 4 Week Induction/Orientation Programme for “Faculty in Universities/Colleges/Institutions of Higher Education”, from 4th June, 2020 to 1st July 2020, organised by Teaching Learning Centre, Ramanujan College, the University of Delhi under the aegis of Ministry of HRD Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya National Mission on Teachers & Teaching, and obtained Grade A+. 

• Was a Resource Person in an online webinar on “Engagement with Mahatma Gandhi on the International Day of Non-Violence”, organised by the History Department of Vaze College, on 2nd October 2020. (Topic: Understanding Gandhi Through A Management Perspective). 

• Co-Chaired the session at Two Day International Transdisciplinary Web Conference on The Pandemic Turn: Challenges, Directions & Innovations in the New Order”, organised by Vaze College, on 25th & 26th February 2021.  

• Guided a research proposal titled “A Study on Eliminating Hunger Gracefully with special reference to Thane & Navi Mumbai Area, which was submitted by Ms. Neha Varule in Commerce, Management & Law Category & UG Level for the Selection Round of 15th Inter-Collegiate/Institute/ Department Avishkar Research Convention: 2020-21 for a zone, on 12th April 2021. 

ACADEMIC YEAR 2021-22

• Participated in the UGC Sponsored ONLINE REFRESHER COURSE in Commerce, Accountancy & Management, organised by UGC HRDC University of Mumbai and Coordinated by Ramanand Arya DAV College (Autonomous), conducted from 16th August to 28th August 2021 and obtained ‘GRADE A’. 

• Served as the Joint Organising Secretary for the One-Day Online Multidisciplinary International Conference on “Disruptive Innovation in Business, Science & Humanities”, organised by Vaze College on 8th October 2021. 

• Co-chaired a Technical Session at One Day Virtual Multidisciplinary International Conference on “Disruptive Innovation in Business, Science & Humanities”, organised by Vaze College on 8th October 2021. 

• Was a Judge at the Inter-Collegiate Festival “Avsar- Kuch Kar Dikhane Ka” organized by all Commerce Streams of K. J. Somaiya College of Science and Commerce, Vidyavihar, on 11th February 2022. 

ACADEMIC YEAR 2022-23

• Resource person for the motivational session for the NSS volunteers of the Junior College NSS Unit of Vaze College on 24th September 2022. 

• Appointed as Assistant Coordinator of B. Voc (Tourism & Hospitality) at V. G. Vaze College (Autonomous) with effect from 20th June 2022. 

• Attended a National Level 7 Day Faculty Development Programme on “Research Methodology and Academic Writing with hands-on SPSS”, organised by VVM’s Shree Damodar College of Commerce and Economics in association with Ed Maestro Pvt. Ltd., from 31st March to 8th April 2023. 

ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-24

• Was a Judge for the Intercollegiate PowerPoint Competition on the topic The Highest Paid Jobs in Commerce & Prominent Women CEOs in the last Decade (2013-2023), organised by the Department of Commerce (Junior College) of Vaze College, on 5th October 2023.

ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25

• Co-Chaired a Technical Session at the Day National Conference on FASHION_ISTAS 2025, organised by Vaze College (Autonomous), dated 24- 25th January 2025.

• Completed PhD coursework on “Research Methodology and Research Ethics” organised by the HVPS’s R J Jhunjhunwala College (Autonomous), Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, 15th January 2025 to 16th April 2025. 

• Completed a 10-day training workshop organised by EdMaestro Academy consisting of two modules – Module I – Fundamentals of Research Methodology & Data Analysis with SPSS (7th – 11th April 2025) & Module II – SLR, Bibliometric Analysis & Academic Writing (28th – 2nd May 2025). 

ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-26 

• Served as a Judge for the Inter-Collegiate PowerPoint Presentation Competition organized by the DLLE and IQAC of Adv. B. Deshpande College of Commerce (Night) on Saturday, 22nd November 2025.

• Awarded the Event Manager of the Year Award by NIEM, the Institute of Event Management, on 10th February 2026.

• Invited as a Resource Person for the session on “Data Analysis & Interpretation Using Microsoft Excel”, under the Two-Day Workshop on Effective Project Writing & Research Methodology, on Wednesday, 4th March 2026, at Satish Pradhan Dnyansadhana College, Thane. 

• Invited as a Resource Person for the online conference on Bridge Up Open Discussion on the topic “Educational Differences in India & France”, on 9th April 2026, organised by Greta Rouen Maritime, France.
