Mary Schuldt, Accompanist
Mary Schuldt has been the accompanist for the Mankato Children’s Chorus since 1999, performing with all five choirs of the chorus. She has toured with the group to Washington D.C., Boston and Chicago. Mary has previously worked with the Mankato West high school choirs, serving as their accompanist for fifteen years. Mary has held various church music positions and is currently the organist at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Mankato. She has been an organ recitalist in local AGO sponsored events. She also gives private instruction for both piano and organ students.
Mary received a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education and music from Concordia College, St. Paul where she also studied organ with Dr. Paul Manz. She and her husband, Doug, have four children, Erika, Kristine, Todd and Michael who all were singers in the Mankato Children’s Chorus.
