Enrollment & Payment Policy
MAYC is a nine-month program that follows a twice a year payment plan. Registration begins in April and runs thrugh September for the full season. Upon registration, families may choose to pay the full or half fee at the time of registration. Otherwise, tuition will be automatically charged in two parts to the payment method saved in your Jackrabbit Portal. Half of the tuition will show up upon registration and will be processed on September 15. The second half will be processed on January 15th. There will be no full or partial tuition refunds after the third rehearsal night in a semester.
Tuition does not cover optional events, trips, or any apparel that will be required. Apparel can often be reused from year to year or purchased at our annual used uniform sale. A new formal wear set is roughly $70, depending on what pieces are required.
