A poster to remind staff of the various slip, trip, and fall hazards. This aid will be in addition to an eLearning module in which staff identify and remove hazards.
Before rolling out the training, Nursing Homes Inc. will perform a hazard check using a rubric based on the concepts within the module. After training, they will perform random hazard checks using that same rubric. Comparing the scores will help measure whether or not the training has been successful. Additionally, comparing falls from the previous year to the year with the training will provide additional data; however, relying on this data alone may be dangerous to the residents since this need involves their safety, which is why this data set is only a secondary measure.

Various herbalist teachers
Mandy Brown
Due to Covid19, my herbalist teacher has been unable to take on students since her instruction is entirely in-person. Some herbalists cannot lead classes because they are increasingly taking care of the sick in their community. The herbalists who are teaching are sending pamphlets and packaged herbs to their students. However, many learners are struggling to learn the content through this means and dropping out.
I created this eLearning lesson to teach herbalism students two basic concepts. This job aid is included as a resource in that lesson.
Ultimately, success for this lesson would be measured in a student-herbalist's ability to match their constitution and needs with the energetics and tastes of various herbs. Success in the online course as a whole could be measured with retained enrollment numbers.
