Audio Engineering Club (AEC)

Audio Engineering Club is a club for anyone (M&T student or not) that is interested in music, recording, production, live mixing, lighting, and stage work. Club meetings range from production days where members can share anything they have been working on, group recording sessions, and lessons on certain DAWs and equipment.
AEC plans and hosts many live music events on campus such as Open Mics, Rave Nights, and Bandstands to let students show what they got, have fun, and express themselves.

Stevens Underground Music Awareness Committee (SUMAC)
Meetings Every Other Thursday @ 9:00 P.M. in Burchard 103
Formed in 2001, SUMAC books and organizes shows featuring a diverse range of bands and style. This student run, non profit group provides a way to see otherwise difficult to see bands at a low cost in order to spread the joy of local & underground music to the stuent body.
If you're a musician who wants to play shows, interested in how events are run or booked, into photography & videography then SUMAC is just for you!

WCPR is Stevens Institute of Technology's official Radio station. Along with 24/7 original, independent live programming WCPR is a welcoming community of music geeks that book shows with artists we love, offer lights and sound for events on campus, curate a one-of-a-kind record library, and provide students with valuable experience – including broadcasting, marketing, recording, business management, and arts advocacy!
Meetings include station work sessions, playlist curations, CD sorting, radio show scheduling, and much more!
