These terms govern your use of Mandala Zen ("Mandala Coloring Book: Zen Art", the "App"), published by Riyad Hasan Rafat. By using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Effective 4 September 2026.
THE ART
All artworks, drawing videos, and the App's design are the copyrighted work of the artist and publisher. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to color them in the App and to save, share, print, and use your colored versions and the provided line art for personal purposes — wallpapers, prints for your home, gifts. You may not sell the artworks or your colorings of them, redistribute the line art, use them in products for sale, or remove the artist credit that the App places on exports.
MEMBERSHIP
Mandala Zen Membership is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple: US$7.99 per month or US$44.99 per year (prices may vary by region), with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
FREE TIER
Without a membership you may color a limited number of artworks. That allowance is tied to your device and account and does not reset by reinstalling the App.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND CONTENT
You are responsible for activity on your account. Colorings and votes you create may be stored so they sync across your devices. We may remove content or suspend accounts that abuse the service or these terms.
ARTIST COMMUNITY
"Join as an artist" registers your interest only. Artist publishing, if and when it opens, will be governed by separate terms provided at that time.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may add, change, or retire features and artworks at any time. The App is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
