The brand underwent a global identity shift to become more playful and youthful, offering greater flexibility than ever before. Executing this brand change across PAN India was a massive exercise, involving not only marketing but also transforming every aspect of the brand—from finance to operations, HR to projects—everything was redesigned and implemented nationwide.

Led the overall marketing activity for the transition from DT to Cinepolis, focusing on the shift from DT’s red branding to Cinepolis’ blue. The campaign highlighted positive changes and improvements, emphasizing that everything familiar had been upgraded for the better. It utilized both offline and online channels, along with press releases.

I played a key role in launching 10 new food items, ensuring their successful introduction to enhance the cinema experience with innovative culinary options and managed the marketing for in-menu items, covering photoshoots, cinema branding, digital posts, and influencer marketing, leading to an 8% growth in F&B revenue.
