INTEGRATION BETWEEN SOCCER AND OTHER AREAS
After defining the club's organizational chart, biweekly meetings are required between those responsible for each department, as football itself is nothing more than an area of a football club (of course the most important) and for the club itself to work, you need all areas working together and knowing what the other is going to do. That we have a collective goal, and of course the goals by departments. Having good management makes it easy for all areas to have a basic understanding of everything and to know what happens and why.
