These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the MamaDay mobile application (the "Application").
By installing, downloading, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to comply with their provisions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Application.

MamaDay is an informational application designed to assist users in maintaining personal records regarding pregnancy progress, tracking child development, and using supporting tools such as a pregnancy calendar, kick counter, contraction counter, weight tracking, blood pressure monitoring, and other indicators.
The Application is provided solely for informational and organizational purposes.

MamaDay is not a medical device, medical information system, diagnostic tool, or treatment service.
The information contained in the Application does not constitute medical advice, recommendations, diagnoses, or treatment prescriptions.
No information, feature, or material provided through the Application should be considered a substitute for consultation with a physician, obstetrician-gynecologist, family doctor, or any other qualified healthcare professional.
If any questions arise regarding health conditions, pregnancy progress, or child development, the user should consult an appropriate medical professional.

The user independently decides how to use the information obtained through the Application.
All actions, decisions, and conclusions made by the user based on information obtained from the Application are undertaken solely at the user's own risk.
The developer does not guarantee that the information contained in the Application is complete, error-free, up-to-date, or suitable for the user's specific purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer, its representatives, partners, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

medical consequences of any kind;
any decisions made by the user based on information from the Application;
any consequences resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.
The developer shall not be liable for any consequences arising from misinterpretation of information, errors in data entered by the user, or use of the Application for purposes other than its intended purpose.

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
The developer makes no express or implied warranties regarding:
uninterrupted operation of the Application;

conformity with the user's expectations;

compatibility with all devices or operating system versions.
The developer reserves the right to modify, update, restrict, or discontinue any functionality without prior notice.

Most user data is stored locally on the user's device.
The user is solely responsible for preserving their data.
The developer shall not be liable for data loss resulting from:
deletion of the Application;
reinstallation of the operating system;
changing devices;

The developer does not guarantee the ability to recover lost data.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

MamaDay may offer paid subscriptions that automatically renew.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
The developer does not have access to the user's payment details.
All matters related to payments, refunds, or payment processing are governed by Apple's rules and the applicable App Store terms.
Subscription cancellation must be performed independently by the user through their Apple ID settings.
Deleting the Application does not automatically cancel a subscription.
SUBSCRIPTION
The app offers auto-renewing subscriptions:
• 1 month — $2.99
• 1 year — $9.99
Prices may vary depending on your country and applicable taxes (such as VAT).
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in
App Store → Account → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to the Application, including software code, design, interface, texts, graphics, databases, logos, and other elements, belong to the developer or are used on a lawful basis.
The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Application in accordance with these Terms.
Any copying, modification, decompilation, distribution, or other use of the Application without the developer's written permission is prohibited.

The Application may use third-party services, including Apple and Google Firebase.
The developer does not control the activities of such services and is not responsible for their operation, privacy policies, or actions.

The user may stop using the Application at any time by deleting it.
The developer has the right to restrict or terminate access to the Application or certain features thereof in the event of a violation of these Terms or for technical reasons.

The updated version shall become effective upon publication.
Continued use of the Application after the publication of changes constitutes the user's acceptance of the revised Terms.
