MamaDay is an informational pregnancy companion application designed to help users track pregnancy progress, monitor baby development, and maintain personal records throughout pregnancy.
Most information entered into the Application is stored exclusively on the user's device and is not transmitted to the developer.

pregnancy start date or estimated due date;
wellness and health-related notes;

The developer does not have access to this information and does not receive or store it on any server.
MamaDay:
does not create user accounts;
does not require registration;
does not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or residential addresses;
does not collect medical records or medical documentation;
does not collect payment information;
does not use advertising networks;
does not sell user data;
does not share personal information with third parties.
To improve the stability, performance, and overall quality of the Application, MamaDay uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google.
Firebase Analytics may automatically collect limited technical and statistical information, including:
device information;
operating system type and version;
Application version;
general information regarding feature usage;
technical events and aggregated interaction metrics.
This information is used solely to analyze Application performance, improve functionality, identify technical issues, and better understand which features are most valuable to users.
The developer does not use Firebase Analytics to personally identify individual users.

MamaDay may provide local reminders and notifications on the user's device only after the user has granted the appropriate permission.
These reminders are generated and stored locally on the user's device.
No user account is required for reminders to function, and no personal information related to reminders is transmitted to the developer.
Users may modify or disable notification permissions at any time through their device settings.
All personal records and information entered into the Application are stored locally on the user's device.
Deleting the Application or clearing its local storage may result in the permanent loss of such information.
The developer does not maintain backups of user-entered information and is unable to restore any lost data.
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to help protect the security of the Application.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting access to their devices, including the use of passwords, Face ID, Touch ID, or other security mechanisms available on their devices.
The Application is intended for adults and individuals who have reached the minimum age required to independently use such services under applicable law.
The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Users have the right to:

withdraw notification permissions through their device settings;
discontinue use of the Application at any time;

The app offers auto-renewing subscriptions:

Prices may vary depending on your country and applicable taxes (such as VAT).
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in
App Store → Account → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
MamaDay is an informational tool designed to assist users in tracking pregnancy-related information and maintaining personal records.
The Application is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, does not diagnose medical conditions, and is not intended to replace consultation with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
Any decisions related to health, pregnancy, or medical care should be made in consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare provider.
