Are meet and greets required?
Meet and greets are required for all new customers and must be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service. It allows for us to get to know each other, tour your home, fill out paperwork and to answer any questions. This initial visit is complimentary and typically lasts between 45-60 minutes. We do reserve the right to refuse service if we do not think we are a good fit for you and your pets needs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept cash and Square payments. Payment is expected prior to or on the first day of service.
How many visits do you require for pets that will be alone for 24 hours or longer?
For healthy dogs, we require a minimum of 3 visits per day. For healthy cats, a minimum of 1 visit per day is required. The amount of visits needed is determined by your pet’s specific needs, and at the pet sitter’s discretion.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are a member of Pet Sitter Associates and our insurance and bond is administered by RPS Eau Claire.
Do you offer overnight stays?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer overnight stays but we do offer multiple daily visits.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer referral discounts! When you refer a new client, who books and pays for service, you both receive $5.00 off of a future booking.
