In June 2025, Malvy performed at the Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo in Halifax — Canada's largest annual indoor show. This famous event brings together military bands, cultural groups, and performers from around the world. Thousands of people come to watch.
Performing at the Tattoo was a big moment for us. We represented Ukrainian culture and all of Atlantic Canada on this important stage. Our dancers showed authentic Ukrainian folk dances that amazed the audience.
In June 2025, Malvy was on Global News Morning — a big national TV program in Canada. This brought a lot of attention to our group and showed people the important work we do to keep Ukrainian culture alive in Atlantic Canada.
The TV report showed our dancers preparing for the Royal Nova Scotia Tattoo. It told the story of our young dancers and their love for Ukrainian folk dance. It was a proud moment for us, our families, and the Ukrainian community in Moncton.
In November 2025, Malvy performed on the same stage with Atlantic Ballet of Canada — a famous professional ballet company based in Moncton, New Brunswick. This show brought together two dance styles: classical ballet and Ukrainian folk dance.

Having the opportunity to perform alongside such a respected professional company was a special moment for our young dancers. It showed them that different styles of dance can come together to create something beautiful.
In August 2025, Malvy performed alongside Kozak Siromaha (Oleksandr Lyubbozhenko) at a charity concert.

Oleksandr Lyubbozhenko, known by his stage name Kozak Siromaha, is a Ukrainian singer who combines traditional Ukrainian folk motifs with modern musical elements. His unique style and vibrant image have made him a recognizable figure among fans of contemporary Ukrainian music.
With over 100,000 subscribers and approximately 20 million views on his YouTube channel, Kozak Siromaha has built a strong online following. Dressed in traditional Cossack clothing with his iconic appearance, he travels internationally performing Ukrainian songs that celebrate our heritage and culture, inspiring Ukrainians everywhere to stay connected to their roots.
In September 2025, Malvy traveled to Halifax, Nova Scotia, to perform at East Coast Ukrainian Festival. And were lucky to share a stage with Rozmai Ukrainian Folk Ensemble - a Ukrainian dance group representing the Ukrainian community of Winnipeg.

🏛️ Meeting the Mayor of Halifax
During our visit to Halifax, our dancers met and took photos with the Mayor of Halifax, Mike Savage. This special moment showed how much Ukrainian culture is respected in Atlantic Canada.
In 2025, Malvy participated in the annual Moncton Santa Parade and won an award for our performance! This recognition from our local community shows how Ukrainian culture has become an important part of Moncton's multicultural life.

The Santa Parade is one of Moncton's favorite traditions. Thousands of people come together to celebrate the holiday season. Being recognized at this event shows that Malvy has become a loved part of our local community.
