Malapatan National High School is a public secondary educational institution located at the municipality of Malapatan, Sarangani Province. The school was established in 1966 and was formerly known as Malapatan High School.

The school provides a Department of Education (DepEd) recognized high school curriculum and is also K-12 ready offering Junior and Senior High School programs.
