How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Makira account using either method below:

1. Open the Makira app

2. Go to Profile → Settings

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"

4. Confirm the deletion

Send an email to business@makira.me with:

- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"

- The phone number associated with your account

We will process your request within 30 days.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

- Your profile information (name, photo, phone number)

- Booking history

- Chat messages

- Payment records

- Saved addresses

- Vouchers and preferences

For legal and business compliance, we retain:

- Anonymized booking records (cannot be linked back to you)

- Financial transaction records as required by Qatar law

- Any pending bookings will be cancelled automatically

- This action cannot be undone

- If you have any outstanding payments, please settle them before requesting deletion
