Water that has been turned into vapor then condensed back into liquid
Any impurities that do not boil near water's boiling point are removed.
Distilled water is a type of purified water.

- Gather materials:
- large pot
- pot lid ("dome" shaped)
- glass or metal bowl (smaller than pot)
2. Fill large pot about a quarter of the way to halfway full with water
