• The projects submitted must be in English Language only.

• The requirement for each project submission includes:-

i. An abstract (not exceeding 250 words)

ii. A one-page quad chart

iii. A 5-minute video of the project

• Confirmation of Participation Form, Video Release Form and Front Cover must be completed and submitted together with the abstract, quad chart and 5-minute video of the project.

• The secretariat must be notified if there is a change of team participant member. No changes are allowed after the secretariat has received the Confirmation of Participation Form.

• The above submission must be emailed to the secretariat at usm_makers2022@outlook.com before 1 July 2022.

• Finalist projects will be notified on 1 August 2022 through email for final online judging during the fair from 15-18 August 2022.
