From Source to Tap

This story was inspired by a conversation I had with a group of fifth graders at a local Title 1 school. Not one of them knew where their water came from, but when I reflected I realized that I had no definitive answer for them with respect to West Palm Beach. Before I saw them the next week, I wanted to have a concrete answer so I did some research and consulted staff from the Sustainably Department and realized there was so much more to this story. While many personal factors are impending in communicating all my research in this writing, I am excited to know that everyone will get to understand our water a bit more, and hopefully, I can expand on spreading that knowledge in future issues.
