Testimonials

"When I had the opportunity to work with Rachel, I was over the moon. After our first session, I knew she was the best fit for me. I still remember ending that initial zoom call, and staring at my journal, the pages filled with notes. I thought to myself- this is exactly what you need right now.

"And boy was I right. Having ADHD & anxiety, there were a lot of aspects of my life I struggled with. It affected my self esteem greatly- I assumed I would never be able to do certain things and that’s just the way things are. Rachel changed that. Now, tasks feel more manageable and I have grown confidence in my ability to handle what’s ahead.

I can’t remember the last time I felt this motivated. Finally having the support strategies I needed, I know that I’m on my way to become the best version of myself.

"Before I started working with Rachel, I felt overwhelmed ALL the time. Things that seemed easy for other people felt incredibly hard for me. I had low self confidence in my abilities which resulted in constant anxiety about the future. I was paralyzed with no idea of what to do.

"Rachel changed that. We’ve put systems in place that make things feel more manageable and way less intimidating. My anxiety about the future has decreased tremendously, and I now I have tools under my belt to help my productivity levels.

"What I like best about the experience of receiving Life Coaching from Rachel is that I loved how personal the experience is. Rachel spent two hours during our first meeting getting to know me—I’ve never experienced anything like that before.  In the past, I used to dread one-on-one sessions, but I never felt that with her. She was my coach- but she also felt like a friend who is not afraid to tell you how it is. I felt seen, supported, and totally at ease.

"Some of the results I've seen from my time with Rachel are that I’ve gained more confidence and feel way less anxious about the future/unknown. Every time our sessions end my motivation is through the roof. I want to grow into a better version of myself—and now I finally have the tools to make that happen.

"The biggest insight I discovered through this process is I learned that improving your life doesn’t always have to be difficult.

Maybe that sounds silly, but it’s true. This process showed me that while some things can be challenging and take time, others are actually really simple. For example, Rachel gave me a tip that was SO easy to put into practice, and you know what? It worked! I couldn’t believe such a small change could make such a big difference, but it really did!

"I would recommend Rachel’s coaching to anyone! No one is perfect- we all have room for growth. There’s no better feeling than to be able to look back and see how far you’ve come.

"Rachel is more than just a coach. She loves to help others, and she takes the time to get to know you. I’m really grateful for the support and clarity she’s given me along the way."

"I had the opportunity to be coached by Rachel during a period when I was experiencing significant overwhelm and difficulty focusing. At that time, I was managing an extensive list of responsibilities and I wanted to avoid distraction, get focused, and restore my confidence.

"Rachel helped me rethink my time management by encouraging me to schedule tasks on a calendar rather than overloading my to-do list. She clarified that prioritizing tasks and intentionally setting aside time is essential for my productivity.

"Rachel often came up with analogies that provided me with great insights. One in particular was profound: Ponder Fear versus Actual Risk Assessment. As a result, I have gained clarity to question and conquer, breaking the barrier to regain my

confidence. I'm grateful for her guidance, which has helped me move forward and replace doubt with positivity.

"Even though I took notes myself, I appreciate the follow up notes she sent to me after each coaching session.

"I enjoyed talking with Rachel. I opened myself up which I don’t often do, especially with someone I don’t know. When I started questioning something, she would just look it up for me, with my permission while we were talking. I always felt that she was truly

wanting to help me, she never judged me, and I felt it easy to talk with her about anything."

"I have recently relocated coast – to – coast.  I needed supportive help to guide me through the complex process of getting settled into my new environment.  And that is exactly what you provided to me.

"At the onset of our sessions – I had confidence issues inherent with a large geographical move to a new place where I did not have any family and had no friends.

"You enabled me to focus on the important issues at the roots of my waning confidence.  I needed to engage in a healthier way to eat.  I needed to eat less packaged and canned foods and I needed to take in more fresh vegetables and fruit.  In the process I also found that the preservatives, antibiotics and steroids in meats needed to be eliminated because many of them are testosterone busters.   I have restricted my meat sources to preservative, antibiotic and steroid free cattle farms.  I radically reduced sugary foods.  No longer eating cookies daily.

"I was encouraged by you to resume intermittent fasting.  I remember – this has worked in the past and it is working now.  Thank you for your support.

"Now I am eating selected butchered meats without preservatives, antibiotics or steroids, eating fresh vegetables and always have fresh fruit to grab in my kitchen.  Even the bread I eat now is from a bakery that does not use preservatives.  I eat better now and have been feeling better.

"As a result I lost 9 pounds over a 3 week period of time – only 20 pounds left to meet my annual goal in 2025.

"I have learned that mindfulness does have a purpose in achieving greater goals – and I now practice mindfulness exercises every couple of days to focus on my daily goals and allow me to achieve my larger lifestyle changing goals.

"Bottom Line – you helped me so much and I would recommend this Nurse Coach to any friend who might need support in achieving their personal healthcare goals."

"Rachel has been my life coach for several months.  It has been a great experience for me for several reasons.

1.  Even though I am happily married, it is a great benefit to have someone other than my wife as a coach and someone to hold me accountable.  When a person tries to use their Spouse for that task, it can potentially have a negative impact on the marriage, and I was not willing to take that risk.

2.  Rachel is a great active listener.  Because she has more than one client, she, of course, takes notes.  Those notes give her a context to listen to my situation in context.  By active listening, I mean that she is well engaged with me as we discuss items.  Her encouragement is the leading factor in the conversations.  She does not judge or respond critically.  She responds to life issues with a warm heart and a caring spirit.

3.  Rachel has a broad area of expertise, touching the spiritual realm, the medical realm, the social realm and the mental health realm.  We were able to smoothly transition from one area to another without awkward gaps.  She understands well that a person is a whole unit consisting of many facets and that they cannot be separated.

4.  Goal setting is key to her approach.  She understands well that goals must be achievable and measurable and helps in setting those goals.  With her guidance, I did set some goals a few months ago and have achieved many of them.  I am not doing so well on everything, but that is to be expected.

For the ones of you looking for a Life Coach, I will strongly recommend Rachel as a great asset.  Be prepared to develop a friendship with her.  She is just that type of person."

"Prior to working with Rachel I hadn't been meditating regularly.  Having sessions with her helped me jump-start my mindfulness practice. I was struggling with relaxing at night and going to sleep. I was also getting stressed due to difficulty balancing my ever-changing family issues. Meditation sessions with Rachel helped me by incorporating full body relaxation and mindful breathing techniques to help me remedy my sleep issues and helped me remember to breathe whenever my stress levels rose.  Very impactful for my well-being!

"I was surprised at how much I enjoyed our meditation sessions. I was able to relax deeply thanks to your warm, calming, soothing voice.  Your somatic meditations were well timed; the gentle, lulling cadence of your delivery and your beautiful vocal tone eased me into a state of total relaxation.  You offered your meditations with confidence.  I imagine all the laboring people who have been calmed and reassured by your confidence and caring spirit.

"Your enthusiasm and commitment, even as you navigated many personal challenges, was inspiring and motivating.

"I feel much more confident about incorporating meditation into my coaching sessions as a result of practicing with you. You gave me great feedback, and I feel I reaped a special benefit of having had a practiced OB RN as a meditation coach.

"The meditation sessions with you have helped me personally with my own sleep issues and have helped me incorporate meditation and mindful breathing  into my coaching sessions.

"I believe anyone would benefit from your coaching.  You have keen empathy and a unique understanding of people who are navigating complex change and upheaval in their lives."

"I had the privilege of working with an amazing nurse coach who has helped me transformed my approach to both my personal and professional life. Through our sessions, I gained clarity on my goals and developed the confidence to pursue my dreams, all while feeling supported and understood.

"Working with Rachel has been empowering; her guidance helped me identify my goals and develop actionable steps, leading to significant improvements in my well-being. Talking with her comes naturally because I feel comfortable and safe. What I liked the most is that I didn't feel rushed and I really felt listened to.

"When we first began coaching I thought that I didn’t need accountability from another person but realized how beneficial it is knowing that someone would be asking if I had been successful in completing the goals I set for myself. You also asked me powerful questions that gave me new insight about myself.

"Rachel was incredible. I highly recommend reaching out to a nurse coach.  It is truly powerful."

Rachel is an amazing coach! I was nervous and wondering what on earth we would be able to work on. Rachel just talked to me and the next thing I knew, I was relaxed and she had identified the one thing that has caused me guilt for years. I'd made some progress in this area previously, but Rachel was able to take me so much further!  She is great at thinking outside of the box.

Rachel put my mind at ease. She was extremely non-judgmental.  No matter what I needed to discuss, I felt 100% accepted, supported, and safe.

“I felt like Rachel truly 'got' me.  I felt SEEN.  We talked about so many different things, and it was like she'd lived so much of it herself also.  She really gets that the struggle is real.

"I felt so accepted and genuinely cared about! Rachel is very intuitive and nonjudgmental! I would recommend her to anyone who is feeling unsure of where to even start."
