I have been a nurse since 2013. I have worked in a wide variety of fields of nursing and settings.
I am a mom of many: 6 birthed, 2 adopted, and fair number of bonus kiddos. All of my children are grown, and I have 4 grandkids so far.
I am a hopeless optimist. My "glass half full" filter allows me to see the good in even the most difficult of circumstances. I have lived through some difficult situations and have learned things many things along the way. My optimism will bring a light and joyful energy to the changes that you are wanting to make in your life.
I was blessed with a large dose of resilience. A family member recently said about me: "She could fall into an outhouse and come out smelling like roses!" I had to laugh but he wasn't far off. I seem to always land on my feet when things go awry. Perhaps it's because I take the time to look around for an open window when a door slams in my face. I say this here to say that I know well that I can't walk with my clients on journeys that I know nothing about. Having encountered a fair number of difficulties along my path enables me to have a frame of reference for the difficulties you might be going through.
I am slightly intuitive, and I am a terrific "ideas" person. However, my flashes of insight are not usually what builds the bridges for my clients from their starting point to their goal. People know their own answers. I'll ask the questions, and then pay close attention to what you say. At the end of the session I'll say back to you what insights you had during our session, and your next action item will usually make itself known. If you don't find your own answers, I may share some of my relevant past experiences to see if we can brainstorm some appropriate action items together.
Take a look at the calendar on my homepage and shoot me an email with a couple of options for your free 30-minute mini-coaching session.
I look forward to working with you!
